Sherlock realizing his miscalculation at the end of every series.

Important to remember this, many look back and think Sherlock always won. Maybe it’s the halcyon days effect of S1, but this is a YOUNG Sherlock Holmes that is growing into the iconic detective, and he has failed, miserably, and to great cost.

Queen. Goddess. Extreme Enunciator. The Ageless Acting Phenom, Angela Bassett.

I really did need an Angela Bassett appreciation post in my life because her career has spanned almost three decades of pure amazingnes and she does not get nearly enough praise.

Hoechlin: What do you wanna know?

Interviewer: I wanna know any like cute moments? I saw in the trailer you guys were kissing a lot -

Hoechlin: (laughing) Ah, well it happens! I guess I can probably tease on that now, seeing as how it’s pretty much out there.

Yeah, I would say there’s a lot forming between the two of them. Um, hopefully it’s a much more successful relationship than the previous two. Those both went terribly wrong, so -

William Shakespeare’s Timon Athens performed by the Los Angeles Drama Club / Shakespeare in the City. These are mostly underprivileged kids from an underfunded and underserved who have been given an opportunity to break out of their hard situations.

I was moved seeing these young children performing Shakespeare with such animation, enthusiasm, and skill.
